WHAT IS YOUR NEW CLIENT PROCEDURE?

Those who are interested in becoming clients can schedule a 15-minute discovery call with Lorelee.  Once a client, an initial consultation appointment can be scheduled.  These are conducted via zoom and usually last approximately 90 minutes. 

The initial consultation is a time to discuss you. You will share your story, medical history, and review the basic pillars of what will be expected for the journey ahead.

CAN A HEALTH CONSULTANT REPLACE MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR?

No.  Health Consulting does not utilize a medical license, and therefore will not write prescriptions, order traditional lab tests, or make a medical diagnosis.  Through the utilization of the Functional Medicine approach, health barriers, such as detoxification impairment, mitochondrial dysfunction, trauma, environmental toxicities, hormonal and GI dysfunction, or allergies, are identified and addressed.  An individualized plan is curated and implemented with unlimited support as you put the plan into action and achieve your health goals.

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?

Pure Life Wellness has a fee-for-service model and does not participate in insurance plans. Health Consulting is not intended to diagnose or treat disease.  We will not make any medical diagnosis or substitutes for medical care, nor will we provide a second opinion on your current medical condition in any way, or offer an alternative to your personal physician's medical plan.  Our role is to partner with you to provide education, ongoing support, and accountability as you implement an action plan to optimize and maintain health.  We require invoices to be paid prior to appointment time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

When you schedule an appointment that time is reserved just for you. Please be advised there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice your credit card will be billed the full fee for your scheduled appointment. 

Exceptions may be made in a case of a true emergency that makes 48 hours notice impossible..
